Adapted Physical Education (APE) provides specialized instruction in physical education (PE) for special education students who cannot benefit from the regular PE program. The services are provided as specified on the IEP, as determined by the IEP team. The Ventura County SELPA provides APE to the following school districts that contract for the services:
